Overview
IBPS SO conducts through a three-phase selection process- Prelims, Mains, and Interview. The candidates who qualify for the online examinations will be further considered for the final interview process. The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection conducts IBPS SO Recruitment every year to select eligible candidates for the posts mentioned below:

Interview
Candidates who have been shortlisted in the Online Main Examination will subsequently be called for an Interview. The total marks allotted for Interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks in the interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates). The weightage (ratio) of Online Main Examination and interview will be 80:20 respectively

Registration Process
- Visit the website https://www.ibps.in/ and click on the Home Page to open the link “CRP Specialist Officers” and then click on the option “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP- Specialist Officers (CRP-SPL-XII)” to open the On-Line Application Form.
- Candidates will have to click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” to register their application by entering their basic information in the online application form.
- After registration, an online application is to be filled and submitted.
Next, candidates need to pay the Application Fee which is different for each category
